I would like to see that the order of featured topics is no longer based on chronological order, but based on when a topic has received their 'featured_' label.
The requirement for featuring a topic right now is that it should be as recent as possible. For me it makes more sense that the most important criteria for a featured topic should be the relevance, instead of the 'newness'. 😉
