Currently Cheat Sheet only scans through Timeline entries. However a lot of customer feedback / sentiment lies in Surveys, NPS. Here are the areas Horizon AI should scan and add to cheat sheet

    Would love for the AI Cheat Sheet to also analyze the scorecard and provide a summary of what’s happening with the account.

    Big +1 to adding Success Plans and CTAs. Getting those comments and details added to Cheat Sheet would be a huge QoL improvement.
