Clarify that you need to be a group member to reply to a post

I recently submitted a support ticket for something we thought was a bug but is expected behavior.

A ‘reply’ window does not show under new topics posted in public groups unless you are already a member of that group.

But the community member didn’t know that she had to be a member to reply.

When posts in groups are surfaced in Recently Active & elsewhere outside of their group, a community member would not understand why they don’t see a reply option.

As is, it’s a bit misleading, as people see the text: “Be the first to reply!” but then there is no way to do so (if they haven’t joined the group yet). 

I’d love to have an option to customize this text or otherwise make it clear that joining the group will result in a visible reply window. 

For example:

Be the first to reply! (Note: To reply, you’ll need to be a member of the group where it was posted!)
