Clear Search Filters After Searching Within a Category

Currently, when initiating a search from within a category, the search results are scoped to that category only—and there’s no way to clear that scoping, even with the “Clear all” button (which seems like it would do that).
The only way to expand a search from there is to initiate a new search from the main community search bar. This isn’t intuitive and, I believe, runs the risk of confusing a lot of community members who may not understand either the scoping behavior or the lack of filter-clearing behavior.
This idea recommends, at the very least, modifying the UI to be clearer about what is happening, what the limitations are, and how the user should respond based on what they’re trying to accomplish. Ideally, the search mechanism itself would be modified to allow for clearing the scoped search, just like removing any other filter.
