(Bonus points if it also granted the ability to automatically update multi-task CTAs to ‘Work In Progress’ after one or more of the tasks were marked as complete!)
Adding on to this very old request. Our team would find it very beneficial, as well as time saving, to have the CTA auto close when all tasks care complete.
+2Bumping this one up. I see too many CTAs that have not been closed by CSMs, even though all tasks are closed.

+3I very, very frequently see CSMs with open CTAs that have all tasks complete. This creates CTA bloat in their cockpits and makes them very confused.
This exactly. I think Horizon has exacerbated the problem because the ‘shell’ of the CTA is now completely separate from the individual tasks, whereas it was previously at least a little more obvious that the ‘parent task’/CTA was still open.
Now, you can only close the CTA outside of the CTA details - you should be able to close the CTA within the details, not in a separate screen.
