Columns do not sort in Person section of C360

We created a Person section in our C360 and we are surprised that we cannot sort the columns by clicking on the column title. In fact, there does not seem to be a way to identify a sort.

This should be available to make this section more usable. Thanks!

Can’t believe this has been open for 5 years and still no progress. This feels like a very easy fix that would be pretty high impact for orgs like ours that use the Person section. 

We want to use the Person section because of the inline editing ability it gives us in the C360, but the fact that we can’t do something as simple as sort contacts A-Z by name, let alone have sticky filters (only show “Active” Person records for example) is hindering us. These should be easy wins that help achieve parity with C360 related lists.

100%. Having to search by name/email to find individual users isn’t efficient. Nor is paging through tab by tab. This should absolutely be an easy win!

This idea has been released as a part of the Person Section revamp. The fields can be sorted now. Thank you for the feedback and helping us improve the experience
