I would find it really useful in the future if I, as community manager/admin, could post content/articles on behalf of other colleagues in my business.

Whilst I know my team will be heavily involved in the community and supporting, I would find it reassuring to able to schedule or post articles, topics, etc. on their behalf.

Having content shared from the in-house expert would be my preference than it all coming from me, or having to wait until they’re available to post content which might not always be time effective.

Hi @chloe.tully, thank you for submitting this idea!

We’re currently investigating possible solutions for being able to change the author of a topic and to submit content on behalf of another, based on this highly popular idea we have open:

I will leave your idea a separate one for now to gather some more specific input regarding the ability of publishing content on behalf of another user.

Hi @chloe.tully! Apologies for missing this thread earlier :grimacing:

We have released a while back the functionality to create articles and product updates on behalf of another user. Please visit this announcement for detailed information:

I also wanted to highlight the following idea which is on our roadmap, namely to be able to update the author for articles and product updates.

We want to bring this functionality to the rest of the content types (conversation, questions, ideas), but these have currently less priority as conversions offer a workaround.
