Configurable Activity Type for Gong / Staircase Integration

We need a way to configure the default Timeline Activity Type (e.g., mapping to a custom type like "Virtual Meeting") for engagements imported via the new Gong / Staircase AI integration.

• Current Behavior: Calls synced through the new Gong / Staircase integration automatically default to the standard "Meeting" Activity Type in Timeline. There is currently no setting to change the default.

• Previous Behavior: The previous Gong / Gainsight integration allowed admins to explicitly define which Activity Type imported Gong calls should map to upon creation.

Lumping all engagements into a generic "Meeting" type prevents us from accurately tracking and segmenting CSM touchpoints (e.g., differentiating between In-Person Meetings, Phone Calls, and Virtual Meetings). Our leadership team relies on accurate activity breakdown reporting to evaluate customer engagement channels.
