Control Panel / Content overview: New advanced filter "Replied by moderator"

In the Control Panel we can filter the content in many ways. One way that currently isn’t possible is to only show topics without (or with) a moderator’s reply. That’s why we propose a new advanced filter so we can create topic lists that only consist of topics where no moderator has been active (i.e. replying) yet.

This will help moderators to not miss any topics that could need their attention.
