Convert notes from rich text to plain text within Gainsight so we can pull this field using s3.

When we pull/export data from activity timeline with field "Note" which is Richtext, we get html content, that is expected. Can we include this field in our export for reporting purposes in near future? Is this possible?

      Do we possibly have an update on this? Customer’s would like to export their timeline entries and possibly ingest them into another system or perform other reporting and download those results. Having the HTML stored in there makes it very difficult to read. Thanks!

        @sai_ram  I have the following use case for this: We have internal stakeholders that would like to see timeline notes via a Tableau dashboard to get updates on CS activities and related notes. In some cases these stakeholders may not have SFDC or GS licenses nor would they need them outside of needing to view these timeline notes. Having the html in the export makes reading the notes very difficult. It would be nice to have the option to export as plain text.

          My customer, ADP, is hoping to be able to export the comments from their CTAs, and the rich text fields are showing up with html styling, making this field unusable for their external reporting. @darshana.shah

          @kate_green @Harrison_Adobe Thanks for bringing this up here. I have redirected this to our product team and they have accepted this request. We have added this to our near term road-map. I will update you here soon, once we consider this for release.

              @sai_ram has there been an update on this from the product team?  We are trying to get timeline notes exported out of GS so we can provide the information to non GS users within our company but since it is rich text it exports junk data.  Can we please get an update on this request?  Thanks
