Copilot Prompt Library - Admin Suggestions - Allow Categorization

Gainsight Copilot organizes its out-of-the-box suggested prompts into categories, but administrators cannot categorize custom admin-suggested prompts. As more custom prompts are added, it becomes difficult for users to quickly find relevant prompts.

Proposed Enhancement:
Allow administrators to assign categories to custom Copilot prompts, using existing Gainsight categories or creating new ones. Ideally, admin-suggested prompts would appear alongside Gainsight's native prompts within the same categorized interface.

Business Value:
This would improve prompt discoverability, provide a more consistent user experience, and encourage greater Copilot adoption by making it easier for CSMs to find prompts relevant to their workflows.
