Could a ui setting be added to allow for the scaling of logo image size in Survey Headers?

I was working with a customer regarding how the size of embedded images in Survey headers. He is trying to embed a small, rectangular image into t

he header, and the UI only provides options for image placement (left, center, right) but offers no scaling options for said image. It seems like there is a fixed size image container in the survey header that doesn’t really increase in size even if you make the survey header larger. 

Main ask - Would it be possible to add a slider into the survey design UI that would allow for header images to be scaled in size?
