Create hyperlinks to anything that has an ID associated with it
It would be nice to have hyperlinks for anything that has an ID associated with is like Opportunity Number, Issue ID, etc just like you do now with the case number. That would allow us to be so much more efficient when clicking through on dashboards.
This is a great suggestion and received similar request from other customers too. We've done initial technical feasibility test as well. Though we can't give you exact ETA on this, we are very much looking for releasing this a product feature.
