As an admin, my options to include Customer Goal widgets on a C360 are limited.
I’d like a way to easily display Goals by Status - Open, Closed, etc. or by Type, just like is already available for Success Plans.
I see these two features as being very closely linked already, so there should be parity in terms of what is already available with Success Plans as there should be to Customer Goals.
The options I have today are to either create a custom report, or nothing. However in using the custom report widgets in C360, there is a limit to the minimum size of the widget--which if I’m using a KPI report widget is unnecessarily oversized.

It would be very helpful to either see new features like this receive full parity and development across the entire of CS when launched, or for them to not be launched until fully ready.
We really like the idea of Customer Goals, but we keep running into very seemingly obvious limitations across the system in trying to implement the feature.
