Create Tasks related to Timeline activities/CTAs using Sally in Slack

Our CS team loves using Sally in Slack, as both Gainsight and Slack are primary tools for them.

One enhancement that would make Sally even better would be the ability to create Tasks when submitting both Timeline activities and CTAs in Slack.

Currently, the team must log in to Gainsight and edit their Timeline/CTA entry to add Tasks if there are ‘to do’ items for that activities. It would be great if this could be done directly in Slack as an optional step.

    I would also add that the ability to attach a whole playbook would be great as well, as that is another limitation requiring end-users to go back to Gainsight to complete a CTA creation motion from Slack, which undercuts the benefit of creating a CTA from Slack in the first place.
