(Cross-)Feature content on subforum basis

Hi Björn,

we stumbled over this while reviewing, sorry that we never got back to you on this back then. :(

Since a while now we have a feature where you can highlight / curate content on category pages.

However, as this does not include the sidebar or the banner on category pages, I have changed the status of this idea to “partially available”.

How do you feel about this, do you think this is sufficient to what you want to achieve?

@Julian how bout the usecase where 1 generic kinda piece of content that needs to be pinned/featured across multiple category pages or subforums?

This should also be possible, the feature to curate content at the top of a category list allows this. You simply need to go to the settings page of the different categories and add the content you want to highlight to the "curated content” section:

Updating the status to Development. This should be possible with customization mode on category and section pages as we discussed in our recent discussion.

Hey all! This is now fully available with Customization Mode on category and section pages. You can configure a Featured Topic widget on any specific category page independently.
