CS Spaces: Grouping reports could be better
- It’s nice that an admin can add standard reports to a spaces layout template as tiles, but it would be even better if we had the option to tie related reports together in a single section (similar to C360 - see below), rather than each report being it’s own separate tile. Then customers can just navigate between related reports in the same tile vs. having to scroll.
- The CSM Reports widget isn’t bad, but:
- We have more users than CSMs and should be able to change the label.
- The fixed height of the widget is limiting - it’s not obvious that it’s a scrollable widget.
- End Users in my environment do not build their own reports (too much risk in sharing the wrong/private information) so I would never add this to their template, however if I could pre-populate the widget with standard reports (and lock down the ability to add more) this might be useful.
