CSAT survey in PX and sync to CS

PX has an OOTB survey for NPS that syncs directly to the NPS survey response object in CS once PX/CS are integrated.

However, there is no OOTB survey for CSAT in PX - just a rating or multi-question survey that could be repurposed for CSAT. The survey still syncs to CS but doesn’t sync directly into the CSAT Survey Response object as well, requiring a rule to load this data fully for reporting in CS.

I’d like a way to either have a CSAT survey type in PX or a way to flag an imported survey question in CS as CSAT and have data loaded directly into the CSAT Survey Response object table.
