CSQL Enahncement

We need to be able to create custom fields in CSQL Detail Layout  in order to use it well. 

We have configured CSQL for our tenant, in Detail Layout we wants to add below fields.
CSM Name - Instead of CS Owner based on the account respectively

AE Name - Instead of Lead Owner based on the account respectively

Whenever we open any relationship the respective CSM and AE should load in the CSQL.

Can you please check on this and let us know can we add this as enhancement?

    Hey Shilpa!

    I see two items in your ask.

    First, you can add custom fields. The process is straight forward, once you learn the names Gainsight called everything.

    So in Data Management you want to find the ‘GS Lead’ object. This is what will allow you to add any fields you want to the object. Once available to the object, you can then add them to your layout screen clicking the ‘Add Fields’ button. 

     

     

    Now the second thing I see, and maybe an important distinction, is that the person who opens the CSQL has to fill out all the fields. But it would be nice to have certain fields auto-fill? Or maybe you can build reporting based on those lookups to the Company object?

    For Second Question we need an autofill when we open CSQL need an autofill for the respective account CSM and AE fields.We are not required on the report level we need in CSQL level is there any way that we can enhance this feature?

    Agreed Shilpa, I would definitely like to see more options to adjust the CSQL record, either on CREATE or UPDATE. Anything that takes clicks and entry from my team is a huge benefit.

    ​@Shilpa S I believe this should be turned into a product enhancement idea instead of a question, this way we can upvote this enhancement. 

    The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
