This is both a question and an idea

Currently, CTAs generated via JO display the following link in Cockpit:

This link isn’t clickable when one doesn’t have JO permissions (it’s unclear which JO permissions, I believe this goes beyond Analyze permissions).

None of our standard users (CSx) have JO permissions and as a result, the link isn’t clickable. Those users don’t have any business with JO, and there is no reason for us to let them access JO or perform their own analysis of programs. Documentation isn’t overly clear as to what permissions are required to be able to view this information too (and no impersonation makes it harder to test).

As such, I would like to request that:

  1. Product documentation be updated to clarify how this works
  2. Standard full license users be able to view participant details without being let into JO or special custom permissions be given to them
  3. Admins be able to disable this link from displaying in certain cases (in CTA layouts for example).
