CTA Close Banner Notification

You know that banner that appears to tell you that the open Tasks within the CTA have also been closed after you close the CTA? 

This is a little tedious, but it’s kind of annoying to see that banner when there were no tasks (or no open tasks) on the CTA. Users have to click “x” on each banner that gets created for each CTA, making it a little noisy and annoying to clean up Cockpit. I use some CTAs in Cockpit as an admin, which is how I came across this issue.
