Custom Button Actions for Exit Buttons in Footer

If an exit button is going to be required in the footer of an engagement, it should be able to be customized as a primary CTA. 

Simplest use case: I want to offer snooze or skip AND an single CTA button (that links externally or applies another option) in the footer of a single-step guide.
