Custom Button in Footer of Engagements and/or Snooze Action for Custom Buttons
The ability to have a custom button and a snooze button in line together in the same row.
This could be done two ways
Custom Button functionality added to the Footer, where Snooze, Skip, and Exit are options.
Add Snooze as an action you can assign to a custom button

I think #2 is the better option, but only because the footer seems to require that you have an exit button. And currently the exit button cannot be set with an action like custom buttons can.
This creates issues like I described here:
Use Case
(that I think would be fairly common)
End user
When I am using {PX customer’s product} guides are often helpful, but not served to me at ideal times. Therefore, I want the ability to snooze an in-app guide in order to be reminded of it- and consume the content it- later.
Admin
When I create guides for our users, I know that they’re not always displayed at the most opportune time. Therefore, I want to offer thea bility to snooze an in-app guide as a second CTA, so that users are more likely to consume the guide’s content (either on first view, or a snoozed view that works better for them.)
Proof in our Data
In my question above, I thought I had this ability configured: offering a snooze in addition to a “Learn more” CTA.
Guide: Promo of the latest product release, linking to release notes
Audience: Shown the first time they view the new product after the upgrade, based on data in our global context
Results
In less than a week of showing this nearly 1,000 times… 42% selected snooze!
The dataSame data in chart form
This resulted in an 11% increase in overall completion rate. You can see this in the funnel I built that shows the overall percentage of users who saw the guide and eventually completed it.
Of all 992 views, only 26% completed on that view
Of the 619 unique users who viewed the guide, 37% eventually completed it.
And that may increase as those currently snoozed see it again later
Average of 1.6 views per user
For me, this clearly shows that there’s a use case for allowing users’ to snooze guides like these.
Gainsight offers the functionality, but there’s no way to elegantly put a single CTA button that links externally (very very common use case) next to the snooze option.
And if you want to offer the snooze button, you have to have an exit button in the footer (required), which would be unnecessary if you’ve also added a custom button to link externally.
