Customer Goals Library Configuration

I’d like to be able to set custom fields on goals in the Customer Goals Library that are not editable by the end user. For example: Goal A in the Goals Library has a category = X. When goal A is selected by a COM from the Goals Library the category field is non-editable (the category was selected when we created the goal but cannot be edited by the end user).
