We are really excited to use the new Customer Goals function.
It would be GREAT if when adding a goal to a customer, if the Goal Library can be the landing page for the end user, not the ‘add your own goal’.
Personally for us, we do not want CSMs to create their own goals for customers, we want them to use the standard goals that we added to the library. My worry is that this makes our job a bit harder bc it would require more training and tracking to make sure CSMs are doing this correctly.
