Currently, Manual Milestones in the Customer Journey widget are displayed using the 'Subject' name, which lacks consistency since they are often manually entered by users. Could we update this so that they appear with the actual Milestone Type Name instead of the timeline entry's Subject?

We agree this would add a ton of value and just make more sense. Additionally, the subject needs to either not be required and/or admins have the ability to apply a template to the subject line by Activity Type and/or milestone type.
But having the CJ widget view display the Milestone Type instead of the Subject line would be a huge win.
