If possible, we would like quick navigation to previous years to see milestones in the past. Currently you can only skip by months and it is quite tedious to click backwards for more tenured customers.

    Perhaps the widget should be responsive enough to show 12 months at a time on landscape viewports (excluding on the app/mobile). Our PoC users have struggled with navigation.

    The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.

    The interesting thing is that once you scroll all the way back, you can jump forward to “current month,” so the technology is already there. Just implement it for going backward too.
