Especially with the new Cockpit Redesign, it would be ideal if we could:
- Customize what shows in the Create CTA window
- Customize open mandatory fields
- I know this works a little differently where if you require a field on CTA object, every existing record must have that field populated. This is silly also, and should be replaced with ,“if that old record gets updated, require that field to be populated”.
- The existing functionality of close mandatory fields on a CTA has very limited use cases.
- Allow this customizability by CTA Type
We have plenty of customizability on fields etc that are associated by lookup and association such as Status, Reason, etc. But those are more about data organization; this is about the end user.
