Customize URL or URL path of the pages

WHAT: be able to customize the URL or URL Path of the pages, to allow a better URL structure. 

Currently Gainsight adds numbers to some URLs and they are not user friendly at all. Also, the articles URL don’t follow a natural standard of: /{product}/{category}/{sub-category}/{article}

WHY: This would represent an important UX enhancement as well as allowing search engines to better crawl our community
