Journeys currently lack a way to limit how many emails are sent per day. For feedback-driven Journeys sent to large audiences, this can result in more responses than teams can reasonably review and act on in a timely manner.

Proposed Enhancement
Add a configurable daily email send limit to Journeys.

  • Admins define a maximum number of emails sent per day.

  • Each day, the Journey randomly selects recipients from the eligible audience up to that limit.

  • On subsequent days, the Journey continues sending to new recipients from the remaining audience.

Value

  • Allows teams to collect feedback at a manageable pace

  • Improves follow-up and action on customer feedback

  • Reduces operational overload for CS and Product teams

This would be especially useful for surveys, NPS follow-ups, and other feedback-based Journeys that require timely human action.
