Journeys currently lack a way to limit how many emails are sent per day. For feedback-driven Journeys sent to large audiences, this can result in more responses than teams can reasonably review and act on in a timely manner.
Proposed Enhancement
Add a configurable daily email send limit to Journeys.

Admins define a maximum number of emails sent per day.

Each day, the Journey randomly selects recipients from the eligible audience up to that limit.

On subsequent days, the Journey continues sending to new recipients from the remaining audience.
