It would be great if OR logic can be used with global filters. Here are 2 use cases

 

  1. CSM Manager = Bob Smith OR AM Manager = Bob Smith
  2. A CSM filters on their name in a global filter but needs to add another condition. i.e. CSM Name = Chris Penny or Account Name = XYZ company. This scenario is used when a CSM is handling an account that is not assigned to them or when the CSM wants to include an account that is used for internal time tracking.

    @vmoore No. 2 is certainly valid. For no. 1, you can accomplish this by using the “includes” operator and selecting multiple AMs.

    Thanks Spencer. In the case of #1, we’d like to use or with different on the dashboard. For example,

    CSM Manager = Cindy Stuart

    OR

    AM Manager = Cindy Stuart

    This has come up with some of our regions having a mixed AM/CSM hierarchy structure
