Dashboard Widgets Honor Filters When Opening Go To Report

When looking at a dashboard our users are using both widget and dashboard level filters. Allowing them to review the data that they need.

Query Builder widgets allow a user to “Go To Report”, yet when doing this it drops the filters. The user had expected to “drill in” and see details, yet they are given a report that is lacking all of the contextual filters that they were just reviewing. They will have to re-create the filters if they intend to continue analysing the data further. 

I would like for dashboard widgets that allow users to double click into details to respect the filters in place at the time on the dashboard. 

- side effect of this is that those with report manager permissions are opening base reports and editing them with their specific filters, causing the report to break for others who would have different filters on their widget/dashboard.
