Date Filters - Quarterly Option

The Date field has a handful of very useful pre-defined date ranged with which to filter data. However, there is no filter for:

Previous Quarter
Current Quarter
Next Quarter

All of which are natively present in Salesforce reporting today. While we can kind of get around this today by doing “Subtract N Months” from the desired period to go back 3 months, the resulting values will always return a rolling 3 month timeframe. The other option is to hard define Jan 1 through March 31 for example in a given report. However, this means I have to babysit that report or set of reports to update the date range each quarter to pull in the data we’re looking for. This isn't sustainable and while we’re still in Year 1 of our Gainsight lifecycle, we will most likely want to trend information Year over year wherein we’ll be coming back to you again asking for the same thing but in a Previous Year, Current Year, Next Year format.
