Default note templates for certain activity types

We just started using the note templates as a knowledge transfer opportunity between our Implementation Managers and CSMs. A template automatically generated based on the Activity Type would be super helpful! 

Let’s get some more attention on this one! It’s such a great low hanging fruit opportunity to collect structured, consistent information in Timeline. The note templates concept is already there -- let’s now just give it an option to be populated by default for relevant types.

This would SO helpful to overall CSM adoption and consistency in note-taking. Hoping this gets prioritized. Seems like a quick win! 

I’d love to see this happen! But we definitely need the capability to do it for milestones too!

This limitation is actually even more restrictive when it comes to Milestones. Not only can we not set a "default template" for them, but there is currently no capability to map specific note templates to specific milestone types at all. All milestones are just bundled into a single generic category.

Woah, this would be huge for us. Big +1.

We’re running BR CTAs that require logging call notes to the timeline, and our current workaround is essentially keeping a “light” template in the CTA description with a linked SOP that includes the full template, but that requires the CSM to copy and paste the template over and update it.

Being able to apply a standard template by default would be fantastic.
