Different Objectives Layout's based on Success Plan Type.

Posting on behalf of customer. They are looking for have a different objective CTA layout with differnt field layout's based on what type of Success Plan type the objective falls under.

      Thank you!

      Some used cases are that objectives per success plans may have different measurements and data points to document. It would make the layout more efficient and easy to navigate if we can customize the CTA by success plan type.

      I can have an onboading success plan with specific fields for that objective that pertain to onboarding, while having a Growth success plan with specific fields for that objective that pertain to the growth of a client.

      Currently we would have to try and marry the different fields into one overall layout

        Ran into another example. We have a success plan for our customer KPI’s and Goals, and another Success Plan type for an audit of our customer’s instance with recommendations. These are different reasons and have some different data points we want to capture.

         

        For example, the KPI we want the starting value, target value, and ending value but we do not need those on the Recommendation.

         

        on the Recommendation, we want to show LOE and Implementation Difficulty, but do not need that for a KPI tracking

         

        Additionally, we want to have different statuses.
