Disabling Upvotes for Implemented Ideas

Once an idea has been implemented/delivered (closed), I propose disabling the upvote option for that specific idea. This adjustment encourages members to channel their votes towards other ideas that have yet to be implemented ensuring their valuable input influences ongoing discussions and prioritization of features that are yet to be delivered. This way, the voting system remains dynamic, reflecting the evolving needs and preferences of our community.
