Display Drafts on Timeline Section of CTA

Scenario:

User is working a CTA. User moves to Timeline tab to Add Activity. User adds Activity. User stops mid-way through, and does not log the activity. It is noted on the screen the activity is saved. User does not discard or log the activity, but uses the X button at the top-right to exit the screen. See attachment.

Current State: To return to edit, user must navigate to Timeline > Drafts.

Problem Statement: It is reported by Users to be cumbersome to return to the Timeline > Drafts section, and would be more intuitive to continue working the draft directly from the Timeline section of the CTA. An improved workflow would enhance the user experience so User can simply open the CTA they previously began working, navigate to the Timeline section of the CTA, and view the Draft on that page.

Idea: Display the Draft in the Timeline section of the CTA.
