Display relevant community stats for a support community

Taking inspiration from this feverbee blog, could we consider updating the ‘community stats’ to show more relevant metrics that might encourage newbies to sign up and volunteers to raise their game?

  • % of questions that receive a solution.
  • Average time to get an answer.
  • Peer to peer support %

Hi Tim,

Awesome idea! These 3 metrics are the most encouraging in your opinion or are these just examples?

I will open the idea for votes in the meantime.

Thanks @Ati Somos - I think it depends on the type of community.

For a B2C support community, these metrics are what people care about. For other community use cases, there would be other relevant metrics to show.

I think no matter what kind of community you have, the total number of comments and members you have, however many thousands there might be, is unlikely to have much of an impact on getting first time visitors to sign up.
