Within C360, provide a view that displays upcoming Journey Orchestrator (JO) Programs that a Company/account is scheduled or expected to receive. This would give CSMs direct visibility into upcoming automated customer communications from the C360 page, enabling better awareness and coordination of customer outreach.

This has been quite widely requested in the past by my team but the thing is you can’t predict who’s going to be making it to a participant queue sufficiently in advance for it to make sense to display that in C360 (or R360).

Unless your JOs are strictly time based and there’s a significant amount of time between someone becoming eligible and being sent the email (for example, a weekly participant sync on a Sunday and a Send on the Wednesday). Which may be the case for something like NPS.

And let’s say that’s the case and you’re queuing people up days before sending: you can easily build reports to incorporate in C360/R360 on these queued up participants. No need for a new feature.

Get started with the AO participant object and filter on Participant State = “NEW” and incorporate that in a C/R360 tab.

    Here’s a bar chart example:

That said: this kind of data could also open the gate to CSMs asking you to start knocking off people here and there, and that could become another problem.

The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
