Distinct Objective Layouts

We are creating different types of Success Plans (Success Plans, Onboarding Plans, etc.) with unique objectives. We need the ability to change the Objective layouts based on the Plan Type. We need to have different fields and information for the different use cases and plans. Currently, if you update the layout for the Objective Type CTA, it changes the layout for all Success Plan Objectives.

There are 2 possible solutions:

1. Allow other CTA Types to be associated with Success Plans

2. Make Objectives based on the Success Plan type (Objective - Accout Plan or Objective - Onboarding Plan)

    The number--and variability--of use cases supported by Success Plans (customer onboarding, professional services engagement, get to green, strategic planning) is limited only by the bandwidth and imagination of the CS team. Oft times, even the Gainsight users executing on a success plan can vary, with users from neighboring teams often interacting with Success Plans.

    As such, the one-size-fits-all nature of the Objective CTA Layout is limiting. I’d love to see Gainsight lean in, as Objective CTAs use cases can vary significantly, and thus the most valuable information to display and make available for editing also varies.

      Admin ability to configure CTA layout specific to success plan type is part of short term roadmap. Admin will also be able allow users capture CTAs of more than one type in a success plan.

        Can anyone from Gainsight offer an update on the timeline for this release? ‘Short term roadmap’ was mentioned above, but it has been a year. Curious if this is still on track or if it has been delayed, and when can we expect it. This enhancement will be huge for how we utilize Success Plans.
