Do Not Show Closed CTAs in Associated Records

Today when logging a Timeline activity and attempting to associate it to a CTA via the Associated Records feature we appear to show all CTAs as options, even those that have already been closed. 

From an end-user perspective it can be tedious to go through and find the right CTA we are trying to associate that activity to.  Ideally, the Associated Records option would only show open CTAs, or admins would have the ability to determine whether or not CTAs of a particular status would show up as available in associated records drop-down
