Dynamic program - Survey email template changes

Hi Team,

Currently when we remove the survey button/link in survey template post mapping it in the program we are not showing any warning or alert.

Workday mentioned that it will be helpful if we can have the below behaviour:
A - After removing the survey the email step shows an error that shows it needs to be resaved
B - It just to work and you don't need to reselect the template since we have removed the survey.
