Dynamic Programs: Support Calculated RTF

In the existing Journey Orchestrator Advanced programs, we can have calculated fields that are a rich text field type.  We use this most often for our email signatures, to ensure the emails are going from the currently responsible person instead of the person who was responsible at the time the participant list was created.  According to ticket 302972 this is no longer supported in the Dynamic Journey Orchestror Programs.  Please continue to support this crucial functionality.
