Dynamic Progress bar/checklist

I know this is similar to another topic, but I think our feature request is easier to implement. When we use the onboarding checklist/progress bar, it stays there. It would be great if the onboarding bar would not be shown to users that have completed it or if we could set other rules for users that probably don't need it anymore. For example: users seen more than x times in first x days.
