Dynamic Widgets on the C360 Pages

Would it be possible to make the widgets on the C360 summary pages more dynamic? For instance, if a field has a NULL value then the widget does not appear for that client. Another idea would be to have them be able to change color based on value thresholds, so if attention needed to be drawn to a particular item it would be more face up to users.
