One of the most inconvenient parts of Insided is that every time I invite someone into the system, I have to create a spreadsheet, download it to a .csv, then upload it into Insided. Having an easier invite process — where you simply input the user’s name and email address — would be fantastic.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
