Edit Engagement without Pausing
Today we see a significant challenge in staying agile while managing multiple pieces of content in a multiple solutions. To edit any active engagement including: changing a typo, updating a date/token, editing the engagement name, fixing a broken step, updating the audience rules, adjusting the schedule or throttling or sample size, editing a translation, adjusting a trigger or anything that must be saved requires these steps:
- Remove the engagement from each K-bot where it is referenced
- Pause the active engagement
- Make any update necessary.
- Activate the Gainsight Asset once again
- Load the engagement into each K-bot where it is used.
- Reorder the engagement in each K-bot where it is used
When this is multiplied by a few dozen engagements that need attention each week, this process turns minor updates into an exorbitant amount of work.
I am requesting that engagements allow for near real-time editing and saving that allows for all updates to be “applied” as opposed to pausing and re-launching.
