Edit start date for objectives in success plans

We would like to be able to identify the start date for an objective on our success plans.  Our objectives tend to be created manually and are the plan for the year so they will start at different times. I know we can adjust the start date on the Gantt chart, but that is retroactive and adds an additional step when we create the objectives.
