Edit Token Properties search and picker is almost unusable. We are building several playbooks right now and mapping default tokens, or mapping tokens in the playbook takes way too much time and is not intuitive.
Idea: Eliminate the arrows in the lookup hierarchy and allow us to use something reasonable in search like a backslash or colon.
i.e. If I want to use Relationship: Name - let me type that “Relationship: Name”
or “Company: Company Person: Person ID: Name”
Currently: You can search on one layer of object or field names, but not multiple.
So if I put in “Name” it will show me every Name on all connected objects, which can be many.
The sort order on fields seems to be very strange - where the deepest # of lookups appears first, (maybe?) but then a field on the main object, might be tucked in the middle of the options.
Image below - if I search on Name - this sort order is not intuitive - and I have to just keep scrolling to find the field I want. For me - Relationship Name is used a lot as a token - why would it appear here in the picklist?
