Hi! A potential feature that would help with CSM adoption of Gainsight’s email assist tools would be the ability to associate an email not only to a Company or Relationship, but to CTAs as well. We have the ability to do this in Gainsight proper via the Associated Records option on a Timeline Activity. Are there any plans to add a similar experience to Email Assist tools (both GMail and Outlook)?
Ideally, you’d be able to associate an email to either a standalone CTA or a Success Plan objective CTA to cut out the manual work of reviewing and associating these emails manually in-app. This could be especially helpful for inbox-centered workflows/CSNs.
